DATE ENERGY BITES

Natural sweetness to sweeten up your day!

To make these delicious energy balls, simply blend the dates in a food processor until soft, or broken into small pieces, and set them aside. Add the nuts into the food processor and pulse until they become small pieces. Add the nut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds and dates, pulse a few times to incorporate everything and roll them into desired sizes! Enjoy!! :)

BAKED SALMON WITH ASPARAGUS

Quick and easy 15 minute dinner!

Whether you feel tired, unmotivated to cook, or in a time crunch, you can prepare this easy dinner within 15 minutes! Get ready to be impressed!

To make this:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

2. Place asparagus into the oven and set a timer for 20 minutes

3. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, lemon juice, and desired spices (ex. cajun) and rub onto the raw salmon. 

4. Place salmon onto another tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness. Serve! :)
